HIS HD4670 vs XFX 9600GT (A personal experience view)

Well I know I’ve just recently started using my sub S$150 Nvidia 9600GT graphics card, I’m here just to make a brief statement.
Overall this is my findings:
1) Games have more settings than previously possible
2) Video encoding is faster by approximately 10% (no credible timings, just rough estimation)
3) Higher heat output
